This young woman presented with sever sinus and breathing difficulties. She also desired an improvement in the appearance of her nose but was concerned with achieving a natural outcome. Dr. Nachlas performed open rhinoplasty to create a nose in balance with the rest of her facial features and performed computer-assisted sinus surgery to open her airways and improve her breathing function.
